Terms of Service

By accessing or using Corexi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Keiki Studio ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Barcelona, Spain.

Corexi is an AI-native product experience intelligence platform. The Service provides: • Automated AI-powered scans of web products to identify user experience issues. • A PX Score that quantifies product experience quality across 9 UX categories. • Prioritized findings with severity ratings, evidence, and implementation-ready fix code. • Integration with third-party analytics tools you connect. • Continuous monitoring, regression detection, and scheduled scans. We may modify, update, or discontinue features at our discretion with reasonable notice.

To use Corexi, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information. • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using Corexi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree not to: • Use the Service to scan products or websites you do not own or have authorization to test. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms. • Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or security measures. • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. • Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content through the Service. • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by Keiki Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. • Your content: You retain ownership of the URLs, data, and products you submit for analysis. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to deliver the Service. • Our output: PX Scores, findings, and fix code generated by Corexi are licensed to you for your use. You may use them freely within your organization. • Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use it to improve Corexi without obligation to you.

Corexi offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans: • Billing is handled through Stripe. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hola@keiki.studio for billing inquiries. We reserve the right to modify plan features, limits, and pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that: • URLs and product data you submit will be processed by AI models (Anthropic, OpenAI) hosted in the US. • Screenshots and scan results are stored securely and subject to our data retention policies. • Analytics data from connected integrations is accessed only with your explicit authorization. To the maximum extent permitted by law: • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. • We do not guarantee that AI-generated findings, scores, or fix code are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time: • You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. • We will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy and delete it upon request, subject to legal retention requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved: • First, through good-faith negotiation. • If negotiation fails, through the courts of Barcelona, Spain. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
